Key Ingredients:
How We’ll Collaborate to Plan Your Trip
1. We’ll meet on a complimentary call to discuss your travel interests and to determine whether collaborating together is the right fit for both of us. *If you are a business owner crafting a group trip to strengthen your relationships with clients, please view our business-specific collaboration process here.
2. Next, I’ll get to work researching the best trip options for your unique needs. I will draw upon my network of vetted travel suppliers and draft two itineraries for you (complete with dates). We’ll work together to refine the itinerary until it is perfect for you and the people with whom you may be traveling.
3. It’s time to make sure that you have everything you need for your trip! If you are traveling abroad, check the expiration date on your passport and ensure that you’ll have at least six months left on the date of your return. I will assist you in coordinating visas if necessary and remind you of important documents along the way.
4. From here, I will plan and coordinate the whole trip for you and your fellow travelers — you won’t need to worry about a thing! You can count on me to book rooms and flights, arrange transfers and personal drivers, finagle exclusive excursions, and keep you informed throughout the entire process. If you are traveling with a group and any member wants a custom pre- or post-stay, I can plan that as well.
5. At last, your departure day has arrived! Prepare yourself for the culinary adventure that you’ll talk about for years to come. Should there be any travel hiccups along the way, I’ll be here to assist. When is the last time you experienced completely stress-free group travel?
