Journey into the heart of Southern Africa, where unspoiled nature and wildlife coexist with enterprising cities like Cape Town and Windhoek. From desert plains to vibrant coastal cities, discover the magic of Southern Africa on this epic adventure.
You’re ready to seize the day, whatever it may bring. You lead an active life at home (walking, biking, and half or full day hikes are things you may enjoy) and 10,000 steps a day is normal for you. You can handle longer walking tours (more than 3 hours covering 3+ miles at a steady clip) and activities that involve traversing uneven terrain, steep slopes, standing for periods of time, and varying altitudes and temperatures. You don’t mind being on the go with some early starts, late-nights, and full days. You can handle altitudes of 9,000 feet or higher with little to no issue. This level is not appropriate for travelers who use wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility assistance devices.
You’re a leisurely traveler. You typically take it easy and discover the energy of a new place by people-watching or soaking in the atmosphere at a local café. You can climb at least one flight of stairs, board a coach, and walk unassisted at a relaxed pace for up to 60 minutes without difficulty. You can easily handle altitudes up to 5,000 feet.
You like a balanced approach to travel. Walking two to three miles over the course of a day is no problem for you. You can partake in a two-hour leisurely walking tour, covering up to two miles (with included breaks). You can handle a variety of terrains, from cobblestone streets to moderate hills with relative ease and without assistance. You can climb two flights of stairs with ease. There may be 1 to 2 days on this tour when walking tours can cover 3 to 4 miles over uneven terrain. You can handle altitudes up to 6,000 feet.
You don’t want to miss a thing, so walking and standing for longer periods of time (2-3 hours) isn’t a big deal. A moderately paced two-and-a-half-hour walking tour, covering several miles, hills, and uneven surfaces, is no problem for you. Walking four miles over the course of a day is very doable, as is climbing into and out of various modes of transportation (tuk-tuk, cable car, zodiac, etc.). You can climb three flights of stairs easily and handle altitudes between 6,000 and 9,000 feet. Expect some longer days balanced with free time to recharge or set out on your own adventure. This level is not a fit for travelers who require mobility assistance devices.

The following features are included with your tour: motor coach transportation, accommodations, hotel luggage handling (porterage), select meals, admission to attractions as outlined in your itinerary, and gratuities for servers of included meals as outlined in your itinerary, bellmen, and door attendants.
Personal audio devices (headsets) are not included on this tour.
While in Etosha National Park, you have the opportunity to upgrade your safari experience from a game drive in an enclosed coach to an open-sided safari vehicle. With open sides and no windows, these vehicles offer unobstructed, panoramic views and allow you to get closer to the wildlife on this full-day adventure. If you don’t wish to purchase this optional upgrade, a full-day game drive is still included in your tour, however it will be from the comfort of your touring coach with enclosed windows and sides.
If you chose to purchase a land-only tour package, you have opted to purchase your own airline tickets to and from home. In this case, we ask that you keep a few important factors in mind when booking your round-trip flights:
1) Please make sure your round-trip flights work with your tour itinerary. There may be scheduled activities on these days.
2) If you choose to book inter-flights on your own, the schedule of these flights must match the schedule for the rest of the group so the tour can run in a timely manner.
3) You must provide us with your flight schedules for the entire tour upon final payment. This ensures that we can arrange any other services you may have purchased from us, including hotel transfers, and that your Tour Manager will know when to expect your arrival. This also allows us to maintain contact with you in case of an emergency.
If you have chosen our air-inclusive tour package, you have opted that we take care of all your air travels from your home to the destination and back. This also includes any inter-flights from city to city within the tour package if applicable. We ask that you keep the following in mind:
1) In order to comply with Homeland Security’s “Secure Flight” mandate, you must provide full name (including middle name or middle initial, if applicable), as it appears on your valid, non-expired, government issued photo ID that you will show at the airport. The name on your airline ticket must be an exact match to this ID, or you may be prevented from boarding the aircraft.
2) If you are a member of a participating frequent flyer program, make sure to provide the number when you book your trip and retain the copy of your ticket and boarding pass so you will receive proper credit for your mileage. Please note that some air tickets are not eligible for mileage accrual.
3) Whenever possible, we will add charges for air departure taxes to your invoice. Some international arrival and departure fees are not included in your air ticket and must be paid by you during the tour in the local currency
Your comfort is important to us. With that in mind, we charter coaches that are temperature controlled. While some coaches may have a toilet facility, it is for emergency use since local laws require the vehicle to stop for safety reasons. Rest assured, frequent stops will be made along the tour route for your convenience and comfort. Please note that outlets for charging devices may not be available on the vehicle. Therefore, if you anticipate using electronic devices, we recommend bringing portable power banks.
While touring in Namibia, you will travel in a minibus or small coach, depending on your final group size. These vehicles are comfortable and air-conditioned but do not have onboard toilets. Over time, the rough and corrugated road conditions can impact the vehicles’ air conditioning performance and it may not be as cool and effective as you may be accustomed to at home.
For touring and long drives in South Africa, you will travel in a larger coach, which will be air-conditioned and may include a toilet for emergency use.
During safari drives in Namibia and South Africa, you will travel in open-sided 10-seater safari vehicles, designed to go off-road and maximize visibility of the surrounding landscapes and wildlife. These vehicles do not have air conditioning or toilet facilities, so comfort stops will be planned accordingly.
Change your seat, change your view! At least once a day, the Tour Manager will ask all travelers to change seats. This ensures that every traveler has an opportunity to enjoy a variety of views as they travel and a chance to get to know each other better. In fairness to all, there will be no exceptions to this policy.

Etosha National Park to Windhoek, the drive time is 5 hours and approximately 260 miles (420 km).
In South Africa:
From Johannesburg to Kruger National Park, the drive time is 6 hours and approximately 240 miles (385 km).
From Kruger National Park to Johannesburg, the drive time is 6 hours and approximately 240 miles (385 km).
These drives are broken up by rest stops, but we recommend guests come prepared for extended periods in the vehicle. Wearing comfortable clothing, staying well-hydrated, and drinking electrolyte-rich fluids can help manage fatigue and heat. A neck pillow, snacks, and a good playlist or audiobook can also make longer drives more enjoyable.

You’re in for a treat as you sample the truly unique flavors of Africa. The cuisine is sometimes called “rainbow cuisine,” as it enjoys a variety of multicultural sources.
Eating and drinking in South Africa is a culinary experience not to be missed. You’ll experience a delightful mix of traditional and contemporary dishes. In Cape Town and Johannesburg, you can savor dishes like bobotie, a spiced minced meat baked with an egg-based topping, and bunny chow, a hollowed-out loaf of bread filled with curry. South Africa is known for its wines, mostly in the Western Cape region, and has a rich history in the Winelands region. Pinotage is the country’s signature red wine, a unique cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsaut. It often has bold flavors of dark fruit, smoke, and earthy undertones. For those of you who prefer beer, South Africa is also known for its breweries; the most popular brand being Castle, as well as Mitchel’s.
Namibia’s cuisine is influenced by it’s rich history. One of the most popular and iconic foods in Namibia is biltong, a type of cured and air-dried meat, often made from game meats like kudu or springbok. This savory snack is widely enjoyed and is a staple in Namibian cuisine. Another notable dish is kapana, a street food favorite featuring grilled meat skewers seasoned with a mix of aromatic spices. Namibian cuisine usually includes hearty stews like potjiekos, where meats and vegetables are slow-cooked to perfection. Windhoek Lager, is a popular beer that reflects Namibia’s German colonial history.
The food people eat is a window into their history, traditions, and values, and sharing food brings people together. One of the many wonderful aspects of travel is to experience as much of the regional cuisine as possible. Your tour includes many meals as outlined on your itinerary. Our team has carefully chosen restaurants that feature local ingredients and offer regional flavors.
For meals that are not included in your itinerary, your Tour Manager will be happy to recommend eateries and local businesses that best fit your taste and needs.
The average price for meals in this region ranges from 10 to 15 US Dollars for lunch and 10 to 30 US Dollars for dinner.
Please let your Tour Manager know of any food allergies or dietary needs you may have at the beginning of your tour.
Shopping can be a memorable part of your journey. Many tours include stops at local shops or cultural centers, where you’ll find regionally made goods and souvenirs. In some destinations, gift shops may be integrated into the itinerary, offering curated items that reflect local craftsmanship and traditions.
Each region has its own shopping style. In markets and bazaars, bargaining is often expected and part of the cultural experience. Sellers may be very assertive in their approach, which can feel surprising if you’re not prepared If you choose to negotiate, do so respectfully and only if you intend to buy. In other areas, prices are fixed and haggling is not appropriate. Your tour manager can provide guidance on what to expect before visiting any of these markets.
When shopping, consider what the region is known for—whether it’s textiles, ceramics, spices, jewelry, or artwork. Be cautious with items that may be mass-produced or misrepresented as handmade. If authenticity matters to you, ask your Tour Manager or local guide for advice.
One of the best parts of traveling is coming back home with souvenirs that really reflect the place you’ve just been.
In Namibia and South Africa you’ll find a plethora of cultural products like carvings of animals made of soap stone, ebony, or other woods; wooden masks, bowls, jewelry and chess sets; jewelry made of precious stones like diamonds and semi precious stones such as malachite, lapis and topaz; native art paintings, murals and sculptures; safari clothing; and tie dyed prints of animals.
Please note that there are strict laws forbidding the purchase and sale of ivory and other items made from animals. Ostrich eggs presently are not allowed to come in to the U.S. Please refrain from any purchase (ostrich egg lamp covers, egg bowls, etc.) as they will be taken away from you upon your arrival in the United States. Ostrich feathers and leather are fine to purchase.
The highest elevation encountered on this tour is 6,000 feet/1,829 meters in Johannesburg.
Due to varied flight schedules and arrival times of our travelers, you may have time for some independent exploration of Johannesburg. The Apartheid Museum provides a profound insight into South Africa’s racial history and the struggle for freedom and equality. Constitution Hill is a historic site that includes the Old Fort Prison Complex and the Constitutional Court of South Africa, offering deep insights into the country’s journey to democracy. You could also visit Nelson Mandela Square or the Hector Pieterson Museum.
Our tours are non-smoking throughout: This includes all transportation exclusively provided by Collette, dining venues, and any other designated non-smoking areas on tour. Smoking of any kind including traditional tobacco products, e-cigarettes, e-cigars, vaporizers, and any other smoking devices—is strictly prohibited during group travel.
Hotel policies: Most hotels worldwide are entirely non-smoking, including guest rooms and public areas. Smoking rooms are generally no longer offered, and we cannot accommodate requests for them.
Local laws and regulations: Smoking laws vary widely by country and region. Travelers are responsible for understanding and complying with local regulations during their free time. Your Tour Manager may be able to assist in identifying permitted smoking areas when available.

Important Passport Information: As of April 1, 2025, a visa is required for U.S., Canadian, Australian, and New Zealand nationals to travel to Namibia. The cost of this visa is approximately $90 USD or $1600 NAD. The visa can be applied for in advance via https://eservices.mhaiss.gov.na or upon arrival into Namibia. Should you choose to obtain a visa in advance, a printed copy of the e-visa will need to be presented upon arrival. The following items are required to obtain a visa: a passport with at least 6 months’ validity, proof of onward travel, travel insurance, your Collette tour itinerary, and proof of funds for your stay. Applying for a visa without these requirements may result in your visa application being denied.
A visa is not required for USA, Canadian, Australian, or New Zealand citizens to travel to South Africa for stays of 90 days.
You must have at least 5 blank pages (with visa hologram) remaining in your passport to allow for the entry stamps issued for South Africa and Namibia. The 2 pages for each instance of entry to South Africa MUST be facing each other. Failure to comply with this law will result in denied boarding of your international flight. If you have questions please see your travel professional or call us. Passports must have at least six months of validity remaining beyond your planned date of departure.
If you have booked the post-tour extension to Livingstone, this requires an additional 4 blank pages in your passport to allow for entry stamps into Zimbabwe and Zambia. A single-entry visa is required to enter Zimbabwe for USA, Canadian, Australian, and New Zealand citizens. The cost of the visa is typically $30 USD. It is recommended to purchase your visa upon arrival. Payments at Ports of Entry for visa are cash only and can be done in USD. Rates are approximate and can be changed at any time based on governing authority. A visa is not required for nationals of USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
Travelers flying to the United States from all international destinations will require extra screening when carrying powdered products weighing 12 oz/ 350 ml or more in carry-on luggage for security reasons. This added security measure will apply to all powders, with the exception of baby formula and medications. For your convenience, please consider packing any non-essential powders in your checked bag. Items that cannot be verified by a TSA officer risk being confiscated. Please visit www.tsa.gov for more information.
Your day of departure is almost here, and it’s time to think about what to pack. We have a few guidelines to help you. But before you pack anything, you must check with your airline for any luggage fees or restrictions. These can vary widely depending on your carrier and destination.
Let’s begin. The first thing to consider is how many bags to bring. This tour is restricted to one large suitcase that that will be checked on the plane and onto the touring bus and one smaller carry-on bag. It’s very important you keep this restriction in mind. We have limited space on our buses, so limiting the bags ensures there’s room for everyone’s luggage.
Your larger bag can’t be more than 62 in/157 cm in length, height and width and cannot weigh more than 44 lb/20 kg. Your carry-on should be a size that you can carry comfortably. You will use this bag to hold your personal items during sightseeing trips.
For your interflights within Africa, your checked bag cannot exceed 44 lb/20 kg. Most airlines charge a fee based on weight over instead of a flat over weight fee for each leg of the journey.
We recommend you consider using a TSA-approved lock, as a theft prevention measure during transit and during your tour.
It’s also very important that all your bags be labeled clearly. In your packet you will find a luggage tag. Please attach it to the bag you plan to check. The name on this tag should match the information on your reservation exactly, so the Tour Manager and all baggage handlers can properly identify the bag as yours. This will ensure the bag is delivered to you quickly and efficiently.
Finally, we recommend you purchase travel insurance to ensure peace of mind while you’re on tour. We cannot assume liability or accept claims for loss or damage to luggage and personal effects due to breakage, theft or normal wear and tear that results from hotel, airline and group carrier handling. But we offer comprehensive “No Worries Travel Protection” for your convenience. With insurance, you’ll be able to focus on creating wonderful memories, not worrying about your luggage.
Please note, some attractions do not allow large backpacks into their sites, so you may need a smaller bag for sightseeing.
Comfortable footwear is crucial. Make sure you bring a pair of shoes that fit well and give you the necessary support. If you decide to purchase new shoes for your trip, we suggest you wear them a number of times before you leave to break them in. Your feet will thank you.
Be prepared for all types of weather. For warm, sunny weather, pack sunscreen, a hat or a bandana/scarf to protect your neck from sunburn. For cool, rainy weather, pack a light raincoat, travel umbrella, waterproof shoes and a thin pair of gloves.
For your toiletries, pack anything that could leak in plastic bags or a waterproof case. In addition, you might want to bring a washcloth or two. Not all hotels provide them.
If you take prescription medication, make sure to bring enough for your entire tour plus a few additional days in the original prescription containers.
Medication should be packed in your carry-on bag, never your checked luggage; this is in case your luggage is delayed. You don’t want to be without your medication. You could also bring extra medication in a separate bag in case any gets lost.
In general, we recommend not packing anything of value in your checked bag.
You’ll want to take pictures of everything, so make sure to bring a camera as well as extra memory cards and batteries for your entire trip. If you decide to bring a video camera, don’t forget an extra battery for it plus a charger. Be sure to pack chargers and cords for all your electronic equipment.
It’s also a good idea to bring a travel alarm clock, a travel sewing kit, a portable scale to weigh luggage, and some hand sanitizer for when soap and water aren’t readily available.
If you are travelling with a companion, we suggest dividing the contents of your suitcase with them, that way if one bag is delayed, some of your belongings are still available to you both.
If that is not an option for you, you could put a change of clothing in your carry-on if there’s room. That will give you something to wear if your checked luggage is delayed as well.
Last but certainly not least, leave room! You’ll need it to fit all the souvenirs you want to bring home.
It is highly recommended to bring mosquito spray that contains up to 30 percent DEET.
As you prepare to explore Namibia and South Africa, enjoy a casual dress style and be sure to pack comfortable walking shoes.
Lightweight cottons are suggested for shorts, slacks, t-shirts, as well as hats and a few warm jackets and/or sweatshirts.
Namibia is a subtropical desert and can experience great differences in day and nighttime temperatures. During the dry season (May-October), there is little rain and humidity. Temperatures are cooler at this time of year, with nights dropping very low. The wet season (November-April) is hot and humid with afternoon rain showers occurring often. Namibia is a dusty country, expect dust and sand to make its way into your luggage at some point. To minimize the impact of the dust to your belongings, you may want to pack items in zip lock bags.
South Africa tends to be hot during their summer months but windy at night.
It is wise to pack neutral colors for the game drives, as well as a windbreaker. Do not pack white shirts, as dirt shows up easily. It is recommended to bring clothing that may be worn in layers which may be added or removed as the temperature changes. It’s much easier to maintain a level of comfort if you can add or remove a layer at a time, especially if you’re travelling to a destination where the temperature can vary widely. You may want to pack a hat and sunscreen as well. The mornings can be cool and the middle of the day can be hot.
When traveling to another country, you may need an adaptor and/or electric converter to plug your electrical devices and appliances into the local power grid. An adaptor changes the plug so it fits into the outlet. A converter changes the voltage coming out of the outlet.
To determine what you need, first verify if the plugs on your devices fit the outlet of your destination.
In Namibia, the plug types are D and M. In South Africa, the plug types are C, M, and N. Plug type C is the plug which has two round pins, and plug types M and N both have three round pins. Plug type D also has three large round pins in a triangular configuration but they are smaller than M and N. If your plugs do not match this description, you will need an adaptor.
Next, verify the voltage of each device you intend to bring. You can find this information on the cord, plug, or on the device itself. Many devices are dual voltage. For those, you do not need a converter. If your device is not dual voltage and it differs from the voltage of your destination, you will need a voltage converter.
In Namibia, the voltage is 220V. In South Africa, the voltage is 220/230V. If necessary, make sure to get a converter that converts to this voltage.
If you plan to bring a sleep apnea machine, please remember to bring an extension cord along with the adaptor and voltage converter.
Your personal bank card may work at local ATM machines in the destination you are traveling to and would dispense local currency. Please contact your bank to determine if this option is available, that your PIN number will be accepted, to inform them that you are traveling and to determine if any charges apply for each transaction.
You may exchange your money at airports, banks, and exchange bureaus. Most hotels in Namibia and South Africa do not offer foreign exchange, and if they do, it is for small sums of money. In most cases, a commission charge will be assessed to exchange your money. The city generally offers a better currency exchange rate than airports.
We recommend carrying only a few major credit cards. Credit card purchases often provide an extra guarantee on your purchase (check with your specific credit card company for details and fees). It is advisable to contact any credit card company you intend utilizing while on tour before you depart to notify them where you will be traveling, to avoid any rejection of services.
The local currency in Namibia is the Namibian Dollar (NAD). The local currency of South Africa is the South African Rand (ZAR). The Namibian Dollar is fixed to and equals the South African Rand, so both these currencies can be used freely in Namibia, but the Namibian Dollar is not legal tender in South Africa.
Local currency will be needed for meals that are not included, small items such as postcards and postage, and shopping in the markets.
If optional tours are made available to purchase on tour, please note that credit cards must have an expiration date of greater than 30 days from the start of the tour.
Tipping is a great way to show your appreciation for the people who help keep your tour running smoothly. Tipping is discretionary and should be on an individual basis.
Gratuities for hotel housekeeping staff, local sightseeing guides, transfer drivers, on-tour motor coach drivers, and your Tour Manager are not included in the price of your tour.
The suggestions below are provided in US Dollars to help you budget for your trip. Both local currency and USD will be accepted as tips.
Tour Manager: equivalent of $12 US Dollars per person for each travel day, given at the end of your tour. For this 16-day tour, this would amount to $192 US Dollars total per person.
On-Tour Motor Coach Driver: equivalent of $7 US Dollars per person for each travel day, provided at the end of your tour or time with your driver.
Game Driver Guide: $3 US Dollars (or equivalent in local currency) for a half-day game drive, and $6 for a full-day game drive. There are 2 half-day game drives, and 3 full-day game drives.
Hotel Housekeeping: equivalent of $1 US Dollar per day, per room, left each morning.
Airport Transfer Driver: If your airport transfer is included in your package or purchased from Collette, gratuities are already included. If your airport transfer is not included in your package or purchased from Collette, the suggested amount is typically $3 US Dollars (or equivalent in local currency) per person.
Here is a list of entities we recommend you contact before you depart on your tour:
1.) Your cell phone/mobile carrier if you are planning on using your device. You will want to confirm you will have access in the area(s) you will visit and inquire about any charges you may incur.
2.) Your credit card company for any card(s) you plan to use. Make sure the card company knows when and where you will be traveling to avoid any charges being declined.
3.) Your bank, so you can use your ATM/debit card worry-free. If you are travelling to another country, your bank will be able to tell you if your card will work at the ATM machines to dispense local currency, including if your PIN will be accepted. Also, indicate if you plan to use your debit card as a credit card if your card has that option. Your bank will advise you of any charges for each transaction as well.
Leave a copy of your itinerary, hotel list (included in your tour documents bundle) and a contact number with a designated person in case an emergency comes up while you’re away and someone needs to reach you.
We recommend you leave a copy of your passport at home in a secure location and bring an additional copy with you as a precaution.
During your flight, make sure to stand up and walk around as much as possible, and drink plenty of water. These simple suggestions will help you stay comfortable, particularly during long flights.

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to obtain the proper documentation you will need to travel. Many requirements vary by airline and destination.
We will not be responsible for costs incurred for missed flights or canceled tours where a traveler fails to secure proper documentation.
U.S. Passport Holders:Verify requirements 6–8 weeks before departure, as regulations may change.
All travelers visiting Namibia must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond their intended departure date and containing a minimum of three blank pages for entry and exit stamps. Beginning April 1, 2025, many nationalities—including U.S. citizens—are required to obtain a tourist visa either in advance through Namibia’s online visa portal or upon arrival at designated airports and border checkpoints. Travelers should print and carry their visa approval notice if applying online and verify the length of stay stamped by immigration upon entry to avoid penalties for overstays. Visitors must also have proof of onward or return travel, and those arriving from yellow-fever-endemic countries must present a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate. If traveling with minors, Namibia requires additional documentation, such as an original or certified unabridged birth certificate.
To ensure a smooth arrival in Namibia, travelers should prepare the following essentials in advance:
Visa: Most travelers—including U.S. citizens—must secure a tourist visa online or plan to obtain one on arrival at select ports of entry.
Travel Documents: Printed visa approval (if applying online), return/onward flight confirmation, and required documentation for minors where applicable.
Health Requirements: No routine vaccinations are required unless you are coming from a yellow-fever-risk country, in which case proof of vaccination is mandatory.
Currency Rules: Amounts over NAD 100,000 (or foreign-currency equivalent) must be declared upon entry and exit.
Our trip was planned perfectly, down to each transfer ride, restaurant reviews/reservations, and side trips to downtown Cabo. Joan arranged everything and all we did was show up to enjoy the week of relaxation! It was a pleasure working with the ultimate professional that heard all of our detailed needs and handled them all.
Joan is so easy to work with and answers all of your questions. She is a gem.
I’ve worked with Joan on several vacations. She’s made each trip better than it would have been otherwise. Twice I’ve traveled with her: I’ve seen how even when she’s on vacation, she takes a portion of each day to catch up on her emails and obligations to her customers. She is a consummate professional. She will never leave you hanging. She will include thoughtful extras, be they power converters before the trip, or maybe lounge passes at the airport. Most importantly, when someone is supposed to pick you up, or when the hotel is supposed to have your upgrade, you can trust Joan has it handled.
I’m always happy and more than satisfied with Joan Qualls when planning my trips! She always goes the extra mile to make sure my trip is a fun and a wonderful experience! As an example, Joan was up in the middle of the night to secure the precious Anne Frank House tickets in Amsterdam before they sold out on the website and that’s just one example of many!
Joan is so easy to work with and answers all of your questions. She is a gem.
She was excellent. Always asked lots of questions to determine what best would fit our needs. We worked with her on a previous trip to Italy and it was the trip of a lifetime. Well, this trip was equally fun, exciting, educational and fulfilling. She directed us to a list of day trips. We found 3 trips that interested us. She recommended how to set the days up so we wouldn’t be exhausted with too much scheduled in a row. Then a week before we were to leave, we received an email advising us that our day trip to Paris was cancelled! Joan reached out to the tour organizer and managed to swap days with a different tour on a different day through the same operator. Disaster averted! We would recommend Joan Qualls to anyone planning a trip. She knows a lot about cool activities in the countries where you are traveling. And if she doesn’t, she’ll look into it and give you sound advice.
Fabulous! This trip was top notch from beginning to end. The airline and flight that Joan recommended and booked for us were very accommodating. We needed wheelchair service at the airports which she arranged. Joan helped arrange this trip for us ,based on her personal experience there, which is priceless. She is very attentive to one’s wants and needs from beginning to end. Thank you, Joan
